Power

Own your power - Every storm brings a fresh new beginning.

Ok - crux of a debate I am having with friends, family and self.

Does the new beginning require the storm? Can we change without sacrifice? Must the beginning be proceeded by an end?

We should certainly recognize our power, and also our limitations, in order to be most efficient with this power. And I believe that within each storm, we have to opportunity to harness the power and focus it to meet our needs. But do we have to wait for the storm in order to harness said power? Doesn't it seem like, in an ideal world we would find the way to simulate the storm to locate the energy and eventually reach a point where the storm was not at all necessary?

If we can objectively learn the skills required to simply "begin again" when necessary then we may truly find a way to OWN our own power independently of the storm. Then the storm is no more than a condition of the weather. Fact. Not subjective- not personal - not destructive to our image. That is power, indeed.
