~Anais Nin
The intuition with which we speak to ourselves often does so at varying volume.
When I trust my guts, they point me in the direction of truth.
Why then do I often ignore my own truth?
Or mute myself?
I realize it is easier to believe external rather than internal forces. I can see beyond myself but not what lies in my own heart?
How then, can we ever expect to believe we are worthy, worthwhile.
I've heard before that sometimes all it takes is someone else believing in you for you to realize you deserved it all along. Perhaps that is true.
Other people, it sometimes seems, can unlock us.
Open our eyes.
Sometimes the addition of a new perspective can provide us with courage and access to the deepest, most raw portions of ourselves.
It is from these raw places that intuition begins to speak.
Or rather, now that we are finally listening, we can finally be heard.
Do we accept the love we believe we deserve?
Or do we all really yearn for the love that makes us believe we might truly be worthy?
